This thermostat has a clip on the face.
The defrost thermostat is a safety device against overheating.
Universal Refrigerator Defrost Thermostat. Open 55°F, Close 35°F, Differential 20°F.
The defrost thermostat protects the evaporator from overheating during the defrost cycle.
The ML Series of 3/4″ (19mm) bimetal disc temperature controls from Therm-O-Disc offers proven reliability in a moisture resistant sealed design.
